Nathalie has more than fifteen years’ international experience in intellectual property law, in both the private practice and in-house. She notably served as Brand IP Counsel in an international FMCG company in Switzerland where she managed global IP portfolios.

Having joined SEDIN in 2017, Nathalie advises Swiss and international companies about the infringement risk. She devises protective and defensive strategies for trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names, in Switzerland and in exporting countries/regions. Her practice includes availability searches, protection and optimization of intellectual property rights (filings, responses to objections, reviews of portfolios, assignments) along with the defense of these rights (warning letters, negotiations, settlement agreements, oppositions, cancellation actions for non-use, UDRP procedures). Nathalie also takes part in various projects  related to the business development of SEDIN.
