Our news on intellectual property

SEDIN will attend the next conference of Association des praticiens du droit des marques et modèles (APRAM) and European Union Intellectual Property Office  (EUIPO) which will occur in Paris on the 25th of November. SEDIN will be represented by Elif Nur Keskes and Isabelle Bruder. Should you wish to meet them on this occasion, please do not hesitate to get in touch. During this event, the main decisions issued this year in relation to trademarks and designs at EU level will be reviewed. This is key information for Swiss practice since the Swiss administrative and judicial bodies widely follow the positions taken by European authorities in this field.
