WIPO launched a new version of its online trademark database Madrid Monitor. Access here: https://lnkd.in/eXH9Y4d . Following on your own the status of your international registrations or keeping an eye on trademarks registered through the Madrid system should be even easier. The main changes are:
– A new Designation Status tab indicating the status of protection for each designated Madrid System Member.
– In Designation Status, the option to download an unofficial “certificate of protection” in PDF file.
– A enhanced Real-time status tab.
